Once you are invited to Join a Team, you can log in to Fathom. Click on the tab Team Calls and then click the blue button Join Team. Joining your team will allow you to share your calls with the team and view their calls.

Note: You need to complete onboarding before joining your team!

You have two settings to review here:

Share your existing recordings with your team

You can decide if you would like to share your existing external meetings with the team or hide them. You can toggle this on to share them or off to hide them. After joining the team, you can manually adjust each recording to share it or hide it with the team.

Share external meetings with your team by default

Moving forward, you can choose to Share external meetings with your team by default or not. Again, you will still be able to adjust each individual meeting to share or hide it at any time.
