What are Action items?

✅ Action items are meant to capture ‘to do’ tasks you need to complete post-call. Once the call is over, you'll have an organized checklist of exactly what you need to act on from your meeting separate from your call notes.

How does it work?

When you click the ‘Action Item’ button, it will capture 10 seconds before and 10 seconds after your click.

That way, you can easily jump to that moment in the call post-meeting and gather some quick context around that specific task, so you know exactly what you need to accomplish. You can even cross it off your list once you accomplish that task! ✅

You can copy the action item for... Asana, Google Docs, Gmail, Todoist, and/or Microsoft Word, and the action items will be formatted appropriately for that application.

How Mary Uses Action Items

During a call, there are always a few takeaway items that she wants to remember to do. If she is going straight into another call, then she might forget what she needed to do. Luckily, Mary can look back at her list of Action Items for each call. It's so fun to check off each task!
